  • How do I get started?

    You can reach out via phone or email. Our email is racquel@westsuburbantherapyandcounseling.com. We can discuss availability or answer your questions. You’re also welcome to schedule an appointment via the client portal which you can access by clicking “Request Appointment” on our website. Please note that intake paperwork needs to be completed before the first appointment occurs, which will be sent to you.

  • What if I am out of network?

    If you’re out of network, you can pay out of pocket or if you have out of network coverage, I am happy to provide a super bill to you upon request. Then, you can submit the super bill to your insurance. You can also request a sliding scale rate. However, approval of sliding scale rates are considered on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.

  • How do I know if Therapy is right for me?

    The decision to start therapy is a very personal one. At the same time, an indicator that therapy may be useful is if you’re noticing symptoms that make it difficult to function in important areas of your life like; at work, school, or in your meaningful relationships.
