Cancellation Policy: West Suburban Therapy and Counseling has a 24-hour minimum notice cancellation policy. Any missed appointments (no notice) or late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) will result in an $80 cancellation fee.
Sliding Scale rates can be requested. Approval of such rates are considered on a case by case basis and not guaranteed.
